I provide a holistic approach to healing, targeting the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of each individual. The focus is on the overall soul journey that brings about understanding, clarity and transformation.
The methods I use release negative emotional influences and transcend old, distorted beliefs that are responsible for patterns of undesirable behaviours and habits.
My intention in offering these services is for you to raise your consciousness and empower you to take control of both your inner world and outer life circumstances.

I have a Bachelor of Social Work and an Advanced Diploma of Professional Counselling as well as a Certificate of facilitating Past Life Regression Therapy.
I prioritise my commitment to best possible practice so you can get the best results.

It is your responsibility to take ownership of your own life, to do the work required, and put in practice the tools I provide, in your own time outside of sessions.
This work can be triggering and bring up intense emotions. It is important for you to understand that there are no quick fixes and transformation takes time and commitment.
Important Information
It is important to understand that you may not access deep subconscious memories due to subconscious blocks or a lack of ability to surrender control.
It is also important not to judge yourself or take onboard too seriously any past life memories that arise.
This process requires a daily commitment to yourself in order to get the most value from working together.
It is important to take the time to process and integrate the information and memories that are presented.
If you find yourself struggling to access deep subconscious memories, my suggestion is you find a meditation practice to increase your ability to alter your state of consciousness. Meditation helps you surrender and maintain the focused concentration that is required for subconscious memory recall.
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have any concerns about your health it is important that you consult an appropriate qualified medical professional.
You will get the most out of working with me if you are ready and willing to go down the path of transformation and understand the need to take responsibility for creating positive change. Being open to spiritual based practices will also benefit you.
However, my services are not suitable for people who experience psychotic episodes, or who suffer from personality disorders such as schizophrenia, paranoia, borderline personalities or bi-polar.
There is a risk that the internet or phone reception may drop out during our consultation. If our connection does fail we will resume as soon as possible. You will be instructed beforehand what to do if we are interrupted during a hypnosis session. If required, we will reschedule that appointment.
Waiver of Liability
I do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, with the exception of any non-excludable consumer 10 guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance. Preferably, you can pay via bank transfer to my nominated bank account.
Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal with credit or debit card.
Payment plans will incur a small administration fee. I do not store any of your credit card or bank account details.
Any late payments attract a $15 fee.
Delivery
When you have made payment you will be sent a link to book in your appointment. If your session is face to face I will forward you my address. If your session is via Zoom you will automatically be sent the link and password to my Zoom Room upon booking. Zoom is a free teleconferencing app that can be easily downloaded onto your computer or smartphone. During our consultations, I recommend you have a quiet, private space to work from, where you won't be disturbed and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have an open mind and a willingness to relax. Any no-show will result in that session being forfeited, unless there are unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. If I can't make an appointment I will contact you on the phone number you provide on your booking form or if you are international, via the email you provide upon booking.
Appointment Policies
Appointments are 60 minutes and 90 minutes. Time begins from the time of your scheduled appointment. If I am running late, your time begins when our session does. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in your session being forfeited, unless for reasonable unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
Refund Policy & Consumer Guarantees
If you change your mind after you have made payment, a consultation will take place within 5 days to discuss a mutually satisfactory solution. If after this, you still want to cancel, a refund will be given minus a reasonable administration fee. All refunds will be processed in the same form they were received. PayPal returns will attract a processing fee according to PayPal's current fees and charges.
If you feel that there is any problem with my services, please let me know within 24 hours / 7 days / before the end of the session. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to: - replacing the goods or providing the services again; or - if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, paying the cost of having the relevant goods or services supplied to you again.
If you decide to cancel ongoing services mid contract, the amount refunded will be calculated according to the sessions already used, plus an administration fee of $30.
Respectful Communication
I reserve the right to delete any comments on my website or social media accounts which are rude, offensive or which I deem to be unacceptable. Keep it polite and play nicely, please!
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns, issues or complaint arising out of your use of this website, my products or services, or these terms and conditions, you agree to communicate with me with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution, and trying to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone if we are not both in Queensland, Australia. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the Resolution Institute: https://www.resolution.institute/resolving-disputes/get-a-professional. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation and we agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us. We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
We both agree that we shall not publicly or privately disparage each other or anyone connected with the other’s business, but rather shall act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to negatively interfere with the business and/or personal interests of each other.
This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Queensland, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
